Zusammenfassung:	A separator (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) is provided. The separator (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) includes a separator substrate (10). The separator (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) further includes a hybrid coating layer (30) disposed on a surface of the separator substrate (10). The hybrid coating layer (10) includes a plurality of hollow microspheres (32) and a binder (34). The hollow microsphere can swell and damage when comes in contact with an electrolyte. An electrode assembly (2) including the separator (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600), a battery (3) including the electrode assembly (2) and an electronic device (4) including the battery (3) are also provided.
