Zusammenfassung:	A switching device (100) comprising a sealed enclosure (100A) containing therein a sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) free insulant at least partially surrounding electrical components (101, 102, 103, and 104) for operating the switching device (100), wherein the electrical components (101, 102, 103, and 104) comprise a cable compartment (101) having a voltage transformer (101A) and a disconnector arrangement (105) operably connected thereto, a switching compartment (102), a busbar compartment (103), and a drive compartment (104). The disconnector arrangement (105), at any time instant via a non-linear motion, assuming an ON position (OP) for electro-mechanically coupling the voltage transformer (101) with a feeder busbar (102A) operably connected to a feeder bushing (101C) of the cable compartment (101), or an EARTH position (EP) for electro-mechanically coupling the voltage transformer (101) with the sealed enclosure (100A) having EARTH potential.
