The device also comprises a personal monitoring unit (3) with second and third communication modules (17, 20), a second computer module (18) for processing data from a second part of the process for measuring the glucose level, an interface module (19) and a second data storage module (22). Also described is a method for non-invasive blood glucose level estimation.
