Zusammenfassung:	A ventilation mask for delivering a gas comprises:- a body forming a nasal chamber (610) configured to cover a nose of a patient while leaving a mouth of the patient uncovered, the nasal chamber having a ventilation port, an end-tidal C02 port (618), and a scavenging port (630) fluidly coupled with the end-tidal C02 port; and- an exhalation scoop (640) forming an oral chamber, wherein the scavenging port is fluidly coupled to the oral chamber to a gas to move from the oral chamber and through the scavenging port to the end-tidal C02 port.
