Zusammenfassung:A lighting driver has a switch mode power converter, and a detect arrangement for detecting if the driver is in a single mode and connected across the external power source alone or is in a dual mode and connected across the external power source in series with another driver. A valley fill circuit is provided between the power input and the switch mode power converter. The valley fill circuit is enabled for the single mode and disabled for the dual mode.
