Zusammenfassung:	According to some configurations of the present disclosure, an alloy may include a composition that includes magnesium (Mg) that is approximately 5 to 12% by weight of the composition; manganese (Mn) that is approximately 0.1 to 2% by weight of the composition; and silicon (Si) that is approximately 0.3 to 3% by weight of the composition; and aluminum (Al) that is a balance of the composition. In one configuration, the composition may further include one or more of iron (Fe), titanium (Ti), zirconium (Zr), chromium (Cr), and/or yttrium (Y).
