CONNECTION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND EQUIPMENT

This application provides a connection management method and a device. A first device sends resource request information to a network device, where the resource request information is used to request the network device to authorize the first device to use a first frequency band for communication, and the first frequency band is a frequency band used by a second device for communication; the first device receives response information sent by the network device, where the response information is used to indicate that the network device authorizes the first device to use a second frequency band for communication, and the second frequency band is a part or the entirety of the first frequency band; and the first device initiates a communication connection in the second frequency band based on a device identity of the second device. The connection management method in this application can effectively implement high-rate and low-latency short-range wireless communication by using spectrum resources.
