Zusammenfassung:	A command generation device that generates a control command for an inverter of a DC power supply device, the inverter being provided separately from the command generation device, the DC power supply device being connected to the same bus as that of an AC power generator that supplies electric power by an off grid independent operation, the command generation device comprising: a target determination unit configured to determine a target value of active power based on a voltage value of the bus, wherein the target value of active power decreases monotonically with respect to a voltage value; and a command generation unit configured to generate a control command for the inverter based on the determined target value of the active power.
