Zusammenfassung:	Described is an apparatus (1) for automatically boxing products on stick (P) comprising: a closed transport line (2), a plurality of units (3), each movable independently, along the transport line (2) in a feed direction (V), each comprising a retaining system (31) for retaining a product on stick (P), an unloading unit (6) configured for picking up a predetermined number of products on stick (P) from the units (3) and boxing said predetermined number of products on stick (P), a control and return unit (5), positioned upstream relative to the unloading unit (6) relative to the feed direction (V) along the transport line (2), configured for controlling the presence of products on stick (P) in the units (3) moving along the forward guide (2A), for selectively interrupting the movement of the units (3) in the feed direction (V).
