Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising on each lateral side a front pillar (3); a longitudinal rocker panel (5) connected to the front pillar (3); a reinforcement (7) arranged in the front pillar (3) and extending longitudinally from a front wall (9) of said front pillar (3) into the rocker panel (5). This reinforcement (7) is in particular a stamped part (7) that comprises a longitudinal main wall (11) at an angle of less than 30° with respect to the vertical, a lower edge (15) opposite a lower joining rabbet (19) of the front pillar (3) and the rocker panel (5) and an upper edge (13) bearing on upper walls (17) of the front pillar and the rocker panel.
