Zusammenfassung:	Provided are an artificial intelligence (AI) system that simulates functions of a human brain such as recognition and judgment by utilizing a machine learning algorithm such as deep learning, etc. and an application of the AI system.A method, performed by an electronic device, of authenticating a user includes obtaining an authentication model; obtaining behavior data with respect to the user; authenticating the obtained behavior data by using the obtained authentication model; and based on results of the authenticating, submitting the authenticated behavior data to a blockchain, wherein the authentication model is a model trained based on at least one piece of behavior data with respect to the user enrolled in the blockchain.
