The platform includes a terahertz integrated collaborative design simulation sub-platform, a terahertz chip testing and modeling sub-platform, a terahertz beam testing and characterization sub-platform, a terahertz system testing and principle verification sub-platform, and an ultra-large-scale array signal real-time acquisition and processing sub-platform. The platform is applicable to the whole-process research and development, from a chip, a module and a front end to a principle sample machine, of a terahertz focal plane imaging system, and can improve research and development effects for the terahertz focal plane imaging system.
