The polyolefin is formed by copolymerizing an olefin-based monomer and a comonomer in the presence of an olefin polymerization catalyst comprising a transition metal compound for an olefin polymerization catalyst represented by formula 1, and the weight average molecular weight (Mw) thereof may be 20,000 or less. The description of formula 1 is the same as that in the description of the invention.
