Zusammenfassung:	A hydrogel composition (100) and a hydrogel lens are provided. The hydrogel composition (100) includes a hydrophilic monomer (2), a cross-linker, an initiator, and a rotaxane compound (1). In the hydrogel composition (100), a content range of the hydrophilic monomer (2) is between 60 wt% and 99.85 wt%, a content range of the cross-linker is between 0.01 wt% and 1 wt%, a content range of the initiator is between 0.01 wt% and 2 wt%, and a content range of the rotaxane compound (1) is between 0.1 wt% and 15 wt%. The rotaxane compound (1) further includes at least one cyclic molecule (12) and at least one linear molecule (11) passing through the at least one cyclic molecule (12) in a string manner, and a weight ratio of the rotaxane compound (1) relative to the hydrophilic monomer (2) is between 1:6 and 1:99.
