Zusammenfassung:	A loudspeaker assembly includes a mounting bracket, a loudspeaker, and a locking mechanism for releasably securing the loudspeaker in a selected one of a plurality of pitch angles relative to the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket includes a mounting plate for securing the mounting bracket to a flat surface, and a support arm extending outwardly from the mounting plate. The loudspeaker includes an electro-acoustic transducer, and an acoustic enclosure defining a bracket passthrough for receiving the support arm of the mounting bracket such the loudspeaker is pivotable between the plurality of pitch angles.
