Zusammenfassung:	Holding device (1) intended to prevent a retention garment from slipping on a limb of an individual, the holding device (1) comprising: -a flexible and inextensible film (5) having opposite first and second faces, the first face having a base surface (6) and a plurality of protrusions (7) each extending from the base surface (6) as far as a free edge (8), each protrusion (7) having a height of between 80 µm and 1200 µm, preferably between 150 µm and 900 µm, the protrusions (7) being arranged on the base surface (6) such that a sum of the lengths of the free edges (8) per unit area of the base surface (6) is between 5 cm/cm² and 120 cm/cm², preferably between 10 cm/cm² and 80 cm/cm², -an adhesive layer covering at least part of the second face of the film.
