Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a mixing tool for an industrial mixing machine for mixing a mixture typically consisting of a plurality of components, the mixing tool comprising: - a hub (2); - means for connecting the mixing tool (1) to a rotationally driven mixing tool shaft (16); and - at least two mixing tool blades (5), (5.1) of the same type. The mixing tool blades (5), (5.1) have connecting portions (6), (6.1) which are angled relative to the plane of the hub (2) in directions which are opposite with respect to the longitudinal extent of the axis of rotation D. A mixing blade portion (7), (7.1) is integrally formed on each connecting portion, which mixing blade portion extends away from the hub (2) in the radial direction, is adjusted relative to the plane of the hub (2) in the direction of rotation and in the radial direction and is inclined in the opposite direction to the connecting portion (6), (6.1).
