Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a battery module (10), a method (S) for assembling a battery module (10) and a vehicle including a battery pack comprising the at least one battery module (10). The battery module (10) comprises at least one stack (11, 12) of a plurality of battery cells (13) and a module frame (21) configured to receive the at least one stack (11, 12). The module frame (21) comprises a structural component (22) comprising at least one middle plate (42) and a flexible component (23) comprising at least one elastic element (34). When the at least one stack (11, 12) is inserted into the module space (28), the at least one stack (11, 12) compresses the at least one elastic element (34).
