A body 110 of a garment that is formed of a fabric F, which is not air-permeable or has a level of air-permeability that allows inflation by introduction of air by a fan 120, in a shape that covers at least the torso of a wearer W, wherein the body is provided with shoulder-suspended members that link first connection parts 118a located on the front bodice of the body 110 of the garment with second connection parts 118b located on the back bodice of the body 110 of the garment and when suspended from the shoulders of the wearer W, the shoulder-suspended members 118 form a circulation pathway for air introduced from the fan 120 to circulate between the shoulder-suspended members 118 and the fabric F located near the shoulder-suspended members 118. As a result thereof, it is possible to provide a body of an air-conditioning garment and an air-conditioning garment with which discomfort is suppressed while making it possible to secure an air circulation pathway in the region near the shoulders.
