Zusammenfassung:The invention is a method of determining at least one parameter representative of a change in a fluid due to a temperature variation of the fluid. The method includes placing the fluid in a medium transparent to radiation in a near-infrared domain; b) performing a spectral measurement by use of spatially resolved near-infrared spectroscopy for the fluid placed in the transparent medium, the spectral measurement being performed for at least two measurement angles and for at least two temperatures of the fluid; c) performing a multivariate analysis of the spectral measurement as a function of the temperature; and d) determining the parameter representative of a change in the fluid by using the multivariate analysis.
