Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for determining the value of the oscillation amplitude of a micro-oscillating mirror (20), in particular of a MEMS oscillating mirror, of an object detecting device (10) for a vehicle, which comprises, on the one hand, a laser scanner (12) having a laser light source (16) for emitting pulsed laser light (18) into a field of view of the object detecting device (10) and having the micro-oscillating mirror (20) as scanning unit (22), and, on the other hand, a receiver (14) comprising an area detector (26) having a pixel array for receiving reflected laser pulses of the laser light beam (18). According to the invention, the method comprises the following steps: making an assumption about the value of the oscillation amplitude and the size of the field of view (S1) associated therewith; emitting at least one laser pulse by means of the laser scanner (12) (S2); angle-resolved reception of the reflected laser pulse of the laser light beam (18) by means of the receiver (14) (S3); and comparing the size of the field of view to be expected on the basis of the assumption with an actual size of the field of view determined on the basis of the reception and estimating the value of the oscillation amplitude on the basis of the comparison (S4). The invention further relates to a corresponding computer program product and to a measuring system for measuring the value of the oscillation amplitude of a micro-oscillating mirror (20) of an object detecting device (10). |
