Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a highly flame retardant polymer composite composition and resin exhibiting high flame retardancy and excellent mechanical properties, extrusion exterior appearance and workability, all at once, by comprising a polar polyolefin resin, a thermoplastic elastomer, a metal carbonate, organic silane, a silicone fluid or gum, a sulfur-based flame retardant, an antioxidant, a lubricant, etc. The polymer composite composition, provided by the present invention, is formed from an environmentally friendly material acceptable under environmental regulations reinforced around the world, and exhibits excellent flame retardancy having an oxygen index of 40% or higher.
