METHOD FOR OBTAINING A PRE-VASCULARISED DERMO-EPIDERMIC TISSUE

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un substitut de peau comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) mélange de fibroblastes, de cellules endothéliales et d'hydrogel d'origine exclusivement biologique ;b) incubation du mélange obtenu à l'étape a) pendant une durée suffisante et dans conditions appropriées pour obtenir un derme pré-vascularisé ;c) ajout de kératinocytes au derme pré-vascularisé de l'étape b) pour obtenir un substitut de peau ; dans lequel lesdits fibroblastes, cellules endothéliales et kératinocytes ont été obtenus à partir de cellules souches pluripotentes.
