Planar shapes of the first opening (195) and the second opening (455) are polygons, each including a series of sides (195a-d, 455a-d), and a distance (S1-S4) between one side of the first opening (195a-d) and the second opening (455a-d) is different than another side of the first opening (195a-d) and the second opening (455a-d) in a plan view.
