Zusammenfassung:	There is provided a feedback control method of a control device including a delay compensator including a model of a control target and a filter, a first feedback controller, a notch filter, and a disturbance compensator. The filter is decomposed into a first filter and a second filter. In the first filter, a round-trip transmission characteristic is given by a product of the model of the control target and a second feedback controller, and an open-loop characteristic is given by a closed-loop system transmission characteristic configured such that an output is equivalent to an input. The output of the first filter is processed by a third feedback controller, and the result is an output of the disturbance compensator. The first feedback controller performs feedback compensation on the control target based on a deviation between an output of the delay compensator and a target value, and calculates an operation amount for the control target based on an output of the notch filter and the output of the disturbance compensator.
