Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a rail vehicle for passenger transport, having at least two carriages and a gangway connection between mutually opposing ends of the two carriages, said gangway connection comprising a bellows (3) which is attached to one of the carriage ends (1) via an attachment frame (2), wherein: the attachment frame (2) and the bellows (3) each have a lateral surface with an underside which is offset relative to an underside of a lateral surface of the carriage end (1); upper sides of the lateral surfaces of the attachment frame (2) and of the bellows (3) align with an upper side of the carriage end (1); and a vertical offset (4) between an underside of the lateral surface of the attachment frame (2) and an underside of the lateral surface of the carriage end (1) is compensated by a generally ramp-shaped component (5).
