The working portion has a generally planar wedge shape (103, 203) bounded at least partially by a rear non-cutting end with a first width (W1), a front cutting edge (128, 228) opposite the rear edge with a second width (W2) that is greater than the first width, a first side cutting edge (124, 224) extending from a first end of the rear end to a first end of the front cutting edge at a first angle to the longitudinal axis, and a second side cutting edge (126, 226) opposite the first side cutting edge and extending from a second end of the rear end to a second end of the front cutting edge at a second angle to the longitudinal axis.
