Zusammenfassung:A method and system of facial resolution upsampling for image processing using predetermined personal identification information. The method includes: obtaining image data of at least one image comprising an image of a person's face (302); automatically identifying the person in the at least one image comprising detecting image data on the image associated with the person's face and associated with predetermined personal identification information (304); forming a higher resolution face image comprising using personal image data of the identified person to increase the resolution of at least a portion of the at least one image having the person's face (308); and blending the higher resolution face image with a background on a version of the at least one image (310).
