PRESS SLEEVE, USE THEREOF, AS WELL AS A PRESSURE ROLLER, SHOE PRESS AND USE OF A POLYURETHANE FOR PRODUCING A PRESS SLEEVE

The invention relates to a press sleeve comprising multiple polymer layers which are produced from polyurethane or comprise same, wherein the polyurethane can be obtained by reacting an isocyanate with a polyol and a cross-linker, wherein a radially outermost polymer layer when viewed in relation to the longitudinal axis of the press sleeve and a radially inner polymer layer when viewed in relation to the longitudinal axis of the press sleeve are provided, wherein the polyurethane of the radially outermost polymer layer comprises 1,4 or 1,3-bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexanes (H6XDI) as an isocyanate, and the polyurethane of the radially inner polymer layer comprises 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), toluol-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) or mixtures thereof as an isocyanate, polytetramethylene glycol (PTMEG) as a polyol and 4,4'-methylenebis(3-chloro-2,6-diethylaniline) (MCDEA), dimethyl thio-toluene diamine (DMTDA) or mixtures thereof as a cross-linker. The invention also relates to a pressure roller, a shoe press and the use of a press sleeve in same.
