RESOURCE CONFIGURATION METHOD AND INFORMATION SENDING METHOD AND APPARATUS

Embodiments of this application provide a resource configuration method, an information sending method, and an apparatus. The resource configuration method includes: configuring, by a network device for a terminal device, a plurality of resources used to transmit uplink control information UCI; and sending, by the network device, at least one piece of indication information to the terminal device, where the at least one piece of indication information that is sent includes first indication information, and the first indication information is used to indicate whether to combine first UCI and second UCI, where resources configured for transmitting the first UCI and the second UCI belong to a first resource set, the first resource set is a subset of a resource set that includes the plurality of resources, any resource in the first resource set and at least one resource in the first resource set other than the any resource overlap in time domain, and resources in the first resource set are consecutive in time domain. Therefore, the terminal device can determine whether to combine the first UCI and the second UCI.
