Zusammenfassung:	A dynamic balancer (20) includes an outer housing (24) and a spindle assembly (34) rotatably mounted to the outer housing (24). A frameless motor assembly (40) is connected to selected components of the spindle assembly (34). A chucking assembly (32) receives a locking member (30) to capture a tire therebetween. The chucking assembly (32) and the locking member (30) are captured in the spindle assembly (34) and rotated by the frameless motor assembly (40). An adjustable encoder assembly is associated with the motor assembly to monitor a rotational position of the tire and/or spindle assembly.
