Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to a compressor head fixing device, a compressor and a refrigeration device. The compressor head fixing device includes a cylinder block (10) and a cylinder head cover (20), the cylinder head cover (20) being connected to the cylinder block (10) by a fastener (40), the cylinder block (10) being provided with a compression chamber (11) and an assembly hole (12) configured to fix the fastener (40); a noise reduction chamber (70), provided on the cylinder block (10); and a communication passage, provided in the cylinder block (10) and the cylinder head cover (20), and being in communication with the assembly hole (12), the noise reduction chamber (70) and the compression chamber (11). The compressor head fixing device has a compact structure, a length of the exhaust passage is shortened and the exhaust pressure is reduced.
