Zusammenfassung:	The vehicle interior assembly comprises a dashboard structure (8), a steering column (10) and a display device (12), the position of the steering column (10) being adjustable relative to the dashboard structure (8) for adjusting the height and the reach of the steering column (10). The display device (12) is slidably mounted onto the dashboard structure (8) and slidably mounted along the steering column (10) such as to move up and down relative to the dashboard structure (8) jointly with the steering column (10) when adjusting the height of the steering column (10) and to be stationary relative to the dashboard structure (8) without impairing the movement of the steering column (10) when adjusting the reach of the steering column (10).
