Zusammenfassung:	In a demand and supply control system 1, a power transmission loss calculation and correction unit 209: forecasts a short-term demand distribution change based on monitoring information 216 and a short-term forecast result 217 for a power system 105; computes, based on a short-term demand distribution change and a contract result 212 of balancing reserve resources to be procured in a demand and supply balancing market system 101, an individually-required amount for each of the balancing reserve resources, which is an output change portion required when the short-term demand distribution change is compensated by a single balancing reserve resource; and computes, based on the short-term forecast result 217 and the individually-required amount computed for each of the balancing reserve resources, a power transmission loss for each of the balancing reserve resources, which occurs with respect to the output change portion of the balancing reserve resource when the short-term demand distribution change is compensated by a single balancing reserve resource.
