Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a polycarbonate resin composition for 3D printing and a 3D printing filament comprising same and, more specifically, to a polycarbonate resin composition for 3D printing and a 3D printing filament comprising same, the polycarbonate resin composition comprising a specific combination of a polycarbonate (PC) resin, a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin, a superplasticizer, and an impact modifier, wherein the polycarbonate resin retains superior mechanical properties while particular properties, such as an output performance, a winding property, and an anti-shrinkage property, required for 3D printing filaments, are excellently balanced.
