Zusammenfassung:	Expanded material from sulfone polymer composed of an expanded material having a density ranging from 20 to 200 Kg/m3 and having a closed-cell structure obtained with the process of the type that comprises an extrusion step in an extruder (2) of virgin sulfone polymer (1) with the injection of at least one expanding agent (3) and in the presence of at least one nucleating agent. The recycling step is provided of part of said expanded material (4), which provides a recycled product (9,11) used as raw material to the extruder (2) in combination with said virgin sulfone polymer (1).The process offers the advantage of providing a recovered expanded sulfone polymer, which can be used as raw material for the production of expanded material based on sulfone polymers.
