SURFACE MEASURING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR A FLOOR SURFACE

The invention is based on a measurement device and a measurement method, more particularly a surface measurement device and a surface measurement method, for measuring inclines and/or unevenesses of a preferably horizontally oriented ground/floor surface. The device comprises at least one line laser, at least one projection element, on which a laser beam of the line laser is at least partially represented as a laser line, and at least one camera. The camera is configured to record a relative position of the laser line on the projection element. It is proposed that the projection element and the camera are enclosed in a mobile unit, which can be moved and/or can slide along a section to be measured. According to the measurement method, an evaluation of the change in relative position of the laser beam on the projection element during movement along the section is used to determine the incline or unevenness of the surface to determine inclines and unevennesses. A use of the measurement device and the measurement method as part of a repair method for surface levelling of the ground/floor surface is also proposed.
