Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a motor valve capable of fixing a rectifying member reliably at a position away from a valve body with good positioning accuracy by a simple structure. A plurality of ports 4, 5 are provided in a valve chamber of the motor valve. A plurality of pipes 6, 7 is fixed respectively to the plurality of ports 4, 5 and connecting the motor valve and an external device. The second pipe 7 includes a large diameter portion 7a, a small diameter portion 7b, and a step portion 7c. The rectifying member 9 is inserted into the large diameter portion 7a of the second pipe 7 in a state where an axial movement of the second pipe 7 is restricted by the step portion 7c. The swaging portion 10 which is a positioning means fixes the second pipe 7 and the rectifying member 9 inserted in the large diameter portion 7a.
