In addition, the control unit (140) controls the position of the carrier (120) and the irradiation unit (130) to form at least a part of a flow channel (230) connected to an outside of a container (110) by curing the photocurable composition (20) in a region irradiated with light, and controls the position of the carrier (120) and the irradiation unit (130) to at least temporarily provide at least one of an enlarged diameter portion and an opening portion. Here, the enlarged diameter portion is a part in which an inner diameter of the flow channel (230) is widened toward a tip end of the flow channel (230) on a side of a light transmission portion (112) . The opening portion is located on a side wall of the flow channel in a vicinity of the tip end (230).
