Zusammenfassung:	An assembly of an inhaler and a sensing element detachably attached to the inhaler. The sensing element has an activation detector detecting activation of the inhaler. The sensing element has a flow sensor sensing flow in the flow channel. The sensing element may determine, from activation and flow information, whether an inhalation, such as a correct or sufficient inhalation, has taken place. The sensing element may be used sequentially for multiple inhalers.
