Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a chromatic confocal measurement device having a light source (1), which emits light of a plurality of wavelengths, and a first beam splitter (3). Light from the light source (1) is imaged onto a measurement object via the first beam splitter (3) and an optical imaging element (25). The optical imaging element (25) has a chromatic aberration, and therefore light of different wavelengths is focused at different distances from the optical imaging element. Light reflected from the measurement object is imaged by the optical imaging element and the first beam splitter (3) onto a first confocal detection aperture arrangement (10). A first detection apparatus (16) detects and evaluates light falling through the first detection aperture arrangement (10). An illumination aperture arrangement (2) has at least one first opening designed as a slit aperture, said opening acting with a detection opening of the first detection aperture arrangement (10) as a confocal aperture. A second beam splitter (13) splits the light reflected from the measurement object (8) into a first and a second partial beam (14, 17). The first detection apparatus (16) detects light of the first partial beam (14) by means of a line detector and evaluates the total intensities across all wavelengths in order to create a total intensity profile and/or a total intensity image. At the same time, a second detection apparatus (26) splits light of the second partial beam (17) spectrally and evaluates intensities of the light of a plurality of individual wavelengths or a plurality of wavelength ranges.
