Zusammenfassung:	Cosmetic devices and methods to improve adhesion of a cosmetic product to a surface of a body part of a user are disclosed. Low concentrations of surface enhancing fluid, for example, ozone generated from the atmosphere at a rate of 0.05 g/hr to 10 g/hr, can be applied to a body part sealed within a chamber. Priming the surface of the body part inside the chamber with the ozone for 10-35 seconds can increase a surface energy of the body part for cosmetic application, improving the durability and/or appearance of the cosmetics on the biological tissues. The devices can include a recirculation system and/or a filter system to reduce the likelihood of the surface enhancing fluid being released into the atmosphere and/or to increase oxidation of the chemical generated by the device after use of the device.
