MAGAZINE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FEEDING INSERTS TO AN INJECTION MOULD

The invention relates to a magazine device (16) for conveying inserts (26) into injection molds (10), comprising: a cylindrical magazine (18) having a plurality of magazine shafts (24) arranged at different circumferential positions of the cylindrical magazine (18), the magazine shaft extends in the axial direction of the cylindrical magazine (18) and is designed to receive the inserts (26) in a manner arranged one above the other in a corresponding column; a magazine receiving part (20) having a through-hole (50) for receiving the cylindrical magazine (18); a rotating mechanism (40) for rotating the cylindrical magazine (18), which rotating mechanism is designed to rotate a respective magazine shaft (24) into a conveying position, in which the respective magazine shaft (24) is arranged above the through hole (50), when the cylindrical magazine (18) is arranged on the magazine receptacle (20); a separating mechanism (48), which is designed to separate the respective insert (26) arranged in the magazine shaft (24) and to release it in the direction of the through-hole (50) of the magazine receptacle (20). The invention further relates to a method for operating a magazine device (16) for feeding inserts (26) into injection molds (10).
