Zusammenfassung:	The invention concerns a system for injecting an aqueous solution into an injection engine for a motor vehicle, said system comprising a reservoir, an injection means for injecting the aqueous solution, the aqueous solution being injected into a duct connecting the reservoir to at least one injector and said duct comprising a means for demineralisation of the aqueous solution. According to the invention, such a system is such that the injection means is also a suction means to the reservoir of the aqueous solution in the duct connecting the reservoir to at least one injector and in that said duct comprises a device for characterising the aqueous solution enabling, depending on the characteristics of the aqueous solution, injection or suction of the solution from the duct, said characterising device being located between the demineralisation means and the at least one injector and/or between the demineralisation means and the means for injection and suction of the aqueous solution, preferably between the demineralisation means and the at least one injector.
