SHOE HEEL

A shoe heel (1, 3 to 7) includes a heel body (10), an abutting member (20), a first cushioning member (30), and a second cushioning member (40). The heel body (10) has a limit wall (14) and a containing space inside the heel body (10). The abutting member (20) moves relative to the heel body (10) between a first position (P1) and a second position (P2). When the abutting member (20) is at the first position (P1), the abutting member (20) is away from the heel body (10); when the abutting member (20) is at the second position (P2), the abutting member (20) is close to the heel body (10); when the abutting member (20) moves from the first position (P1) to the second position (P2), a first abutting part (22) of the abutting member (20) drives the first cushioning member (30) to provide a first cushioning force to the abutting member (20), and a second abutting part (24) drives the second cushioning member (40) to provide a second cushioning force to the abutting member (20).
