Zusammenfassung:The problem to be overcome by the present disclosure is to improve the arc extinction performance of a contact device and an electromagnetic relay including the contact device. A first end portion (42) includes a first contact (F10). A second end portion (32) includes a second contact (M10). At least a first end portion (42), out of the first end portion (42) and a second end portion (32), is curved to be folded back from a tip (420) in one direction (S1) of the first end portion (42). The first contact (F10) is located in a folded-back part of the first end portion (42) and faces the second contact (M10).
