Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus 350 is configured to be installed on a terminal block 212 to make an electrical connection to at least one I/O loop. The apparatus 350 includes a terminal section 360 having at least one pair of electrical terminals 365. The electrical terminals 365 are arranged to be connected to the terminal block 212 and to the I/O loop. The apparatus 350 further includes an electronic section 355 electrically connected to the terminal section 360 adapted to communicate with the I/O loop through the terminal section 360. The apparatus 350 further includes a latching arm 461 configured to be manually operated to retain the apparatus 350 to the terminal block 212.
