A numerical area 81 has numerical segments 111. In the numerical area 81, the scale numbers 88 are displayed by the numerical segments 111. The numerical area has a common numerical area 82. The common numerical area 82 has four variable areas 83A-83D. Using three numerical segments 111, the variable area 83D switches and displays scale numbers 88D different from each other.
