MOTORCYCLE TIRE

A motorcycle tire having at least one land section in a center section thereof, having a specified rotation direction, and being characterized by: an angle of inclination for a side wall on the trailing edge side in the tire rotation direction being -10-5° if inclination towards the land section is considered negative, when a line that passes through the boundary between a surface of the land section and a side wall on the trailing edge side is considered a reference line out of lines perpendicular to virtual lines that make the shortest connection between each of the boundaries between the bottom section of a width direction groove and the both side walls on the trailing edge side and a leading edge side, when at least one of the land sections faces the width direction groove of the land section in a cross section of the tire in the circumferential direction; and the angle of inclination for the side wall on the trailing edge side being smaller than the angle of inclination of the side wall on the leading edge side, relative to a line among the perpendicular lines, that passes through the boundary between the surface of the land section and the side wall of the leading edge side.
