Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a novel enzyme capable of producing multi-hydroxy derivatives from polyunsaturated fatty acids and a method for producing multi-hydroxy derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids using the same. The enzyme can produce multi-hydroxy derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids in a single reaction using polyunsaturated fatty acids as a substrate, and thus can be very effectively used for ex vivo production of multi-hydroxy derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
